How do you introduce yourself to your students?  Here's what I say:

I started working at Center for English Studies in November 1996 on Las Olas Blvd.   After earning the Certificate for English Language Teaching to Adults (CELTA), I became interested in using videos in the classroom.

You can see some of the videos on YouTube (FreeEnglishLessons and Mistermath) and at video.google.com.

I l_ke to l___ve out l_tt_rs to enc___r_ge st__dents to pron___nce and spell words (and make m__st__kes).   I like to use Facebook and Orkut (SET YOUR LANGUAGE TO ENGLISH!) to push students to find new words (the Phil Haney Technique).&n
bsp; Come, sign up:  Look for FreeEnglishLessons@gmail.com and join the fun.  Send me your email address and I'll send you a list of FREE LESSONS for you to move ahead.   Send me a message describing your city:   Where should I visit?  When should I visit?  Tell me about your favorite restaurants and museums.  Ask me for a free voc__b__lary sh__t about football and other sports.  Ask about the REAL football game at Holiday Park (usually Monday from 4-6 p.m.).  It's all about reading and learning new words.   My favorite web sites include ESL-Lab.com, manythings.org, skype.com and FreeEnglishLessons.com.

Not-so-secret fact:  I have a low score on Travelers IQ (can you tell me the capital of Namibia?).  Search on GOOGLE for "Travelers IQ" and do the quiz!

I will put some of the best compositions on my wife's travel site: RoadLovers.com
