Steve McCrea
I've traveled to over 45 countries and I've almost three years in other countries.  What can we learn from each other?

I've developed a pronunciation system called "It Sounds Like" and I hope people will avoid using IPA (backwards C, a+e, upside-down V).  Let's talk!   Write to freeEnglishLessons@gmail.com.   My Orkut and Facebook accounts are both linked to FreeEnglishLessons@gmail.com.

Meditation Notes by John Corlette
Here is a transcription of page 4:

The Silence
The central and most important part of the exercise is the silence.  For most people only when the mind and body are stilled can the voice of God be heard, or, to put it differently, can we pick up the direct signals concerning the truth about everything whic are constantly being sent out but to which we are normally insensitive.  This is what meditation is, laying ourselves open to receive the truth about something, direct from the source and origin of all truth.  Hence, the first place taken by the silence.
