Steve McCrea
I've traveled to over 45 countries and I've almost three years in other countries.  What can we learn from each other?

I've developed a pronunciation system called "It Sounds Like" and I hope people will avoid using IPA (backwards C, a+e, upside-down V).  Let's talk!   steveEnglishTeacher@hotmail.com or write to freeEnglishLessons@gmail.com.   My Orkut and Facebook accounts are both linked to FreeEnglishLessons@gmail.com.

Dr. W. tells us what he takes... let's compare

The Daily Dozen -- What Supplements Does Your Doctor Swallow Daily?
The Daily Dozen

What should you take daily to stay healthy?  A good way to find out is to ask your doctor, "What do you take daily?"

Here's what  Dr. Wagner takes to stay trim and fit:

Acetyl L Carnitine (ALC)   for antioxidant activity (on an empty stomach)
Glutamine  for muscle tone (on an empty stomach)

Glucosamine for repairing the cartilage and keeping the joints supple
Vitamins E  for antioxidant activity
C   for immune system
B  to stay mentally alert
A multivitamin with vitamin A (to work against free radicals)
coenzyme Q10 for the immune system
Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA -- it's a catalyst and makes everything else work better)
Folic Acid  (it reduces damage to the arteries)
and Fiber (did you have your apple today)?
Omega 3 (for circulation)

PLUS a lot of aerobic exercise -- the more the better!

That's what Dr. W. takes.  What about you?

Here's a nice view of the world... Will you live longer to see it?
