Steve McCrea
I've traveled to over 45 countries and I've almost three years in other countries.  What can we learn from each other?

I've developed a pronunciation system called "It Sounds Like" and I hope people will avoid using IPA (backwards C, a+e, upside-down V).  Let's talk!   steveEnglishTeacher@hotmail.com or write to freeEnglishLessons@gmail.com.   My Orkut and Facebook accounts are both linked to FreeEnglishLessons@gmail.com.

am a teacher at Embassy Fort Lauderdale Study Center.  Visit their web site at EmbassyCES and sign up for the grammar lessons.

I have written some articles for Teacher Training -- look for them here.

This article invites teachers to share their favorite lesson -- and get paid for their work.

Payment:  We pay you in "future dollars" to prepare and make videos -- we pay $18 for 6 minutes, or  $180 US per hour.  $3 per minute (redemable in 2012 -- we'll tell you when we're ready to pay you and we will choose a method of payment convenient to us).  You also get a portion of the profits made by the system.   Even if nobody uses your video, you will receive a portion of the company's profits because your title (if we accept it) is part of what we offer.   You are writing a chapter in our book of video lessons and PDF files.   Just because only 1 person in 1000 looks at the index page for "W," is that page somehow less worthy of being in the book?   If only 1 person in a million looks at your video, should we pay you less?  No.   You are part of the system if your lesson is selected.

If your lesson "goes viral" and at least 5,000 of our students visit your lesson, then you will get a bonus.  (At the end of the year, we look at our profits and put 5% toward the bonus -- the rest goes to shareholders***).

If you are an experienced teacher, you need about 2 minutes of preparation and then you can give a 4-minute lesson.   If you give a longer lesson, you will be paid per minute, but the idea is that most people have a shorter attention span.  The maximum length for the

***You are invited to share the profits -- Yes, instead of just paying you and taking the risk that the program will succeed, we at QBE want to include you in the profits.  Our profit sharing makes you a holder of a share of the profits  -- you are non-voting, but you can say that you "participate in the success of the company" -- you can become a fellow risk-taker and a part-owner of the profits of this BuyEnglishLessonsOnline.com project.  How?  Contribute at least ten videos (that are accepted).

ACCEPTANCE PROCESS
1.  Submit a suggestion
2.  If we want you to make the video, we will send you an OFFICIAL EMAIL REQUEST that you make the video.
3.  If we request the video, we pay you for $3 for each minute of the finished video.

ALTERNATIVE:  Speculative
1.  You can make a video
2.  We review the video (less than 6 minutes long)
